Royal Bank of Scotland has been hit hard by the financial crisis. The bank has been strongly criticized by the British which combine many of the excesses of the crisis. A recovery plan over 5 years was introduced by the British government 2 years ago.

After losing $ 3.6 billion in 2009, financial results for 2010 are encouraging. But losses on the assets accumulated during the crisis can not yet announced the exit of the tunnel for the Royal Bank of Scotland.
